Copy a website. Make 1000 USD

I want a fully functional version of the simbi website online. I'll pay 1000 dollars for this to be done. We can use an escrow service for payment.

What do you mean by a full version.Do you want to do a phishing like website where it looks exactly like the original one but the files aren't the same or do you want the same files of code and other to be stored on your hosting ?
Because one cost you some money but the other might cost you a lot more than 1000 dollars.

Do you need the exact same html?
Do you also need the content?
Do you also need the admin of the given site? If yes, then what should it contain, and how do I see it in action?
The basic structure is achievable using Yii2/Wordpress for $1500, but nothing more than that.. PM me if you are interested and this is not an emergency requirement. I can replicate this but I will work part time.
