Take a look at the money making section of BHW. They have plenty of methods and there's no specific script/method for a certain CPA network because you don't promote the network, you promote the offers. If you're going to start out with an offer, give CPL offers a try since they're easier to convert and you usually can direct-link and it'll be OK. I know Copeac has a lot of rebills, so if you plan on promoting those...a landing page is highly recommended in order to increase conversion rates.
