Yes, most of these things can be turned off, but what normal user would turn them off? So, they need to be randomized, which is not an easy work if you don't know what you are doing.

No, it is a social media method. You just need to automate it in order to get a lot of views and dislikes too since it is untargeted and real that's the cons of it so i still prefer bot views than real views.
