Convert schema review to article

I use rank math free version. I have 14k posts and i use post review schema on almost all of it.
Recent google update hit my rank and i want to convert all the schema on my website to ARTICLE type. The review schema never had any impact anyways.

Offcourse, rank-math delete the convert option to do that (was avaible last year), and there is not a option like that anymore (or last year version to download). They told me to manually change all 14k posts to article.
Witch i will never do.

Is there any method to convert to article type all posts at once? If i set article schema in settings, that settings will be active ONLY for future posting so it wont help me.

I really need some help. I have access to phpmyadmin/database if needed to delete some tables or etc. (i don't know how to do it)

One update query should probably solve it. I would put this in HAF section. Should take any decent developer like 10-15 minutes max (if there are no catches)

I barelly have money to pay my bills and eat these days. Rank math want to buy their pro version to help , and so on...
Maybe someone is kind in this world to help me at least with a idea or an advice to atleast have a chance to do it myself. I just don't know how to approche this problem.

Rank math suggested last year to use schema review to use the "star" on posts, and now when we are hit by the goole product update, rank math can't help us anymore...with a option witch they had in early 2020 versions. It's like that they know and remove it before we need it...sick of it...and they don't help me with a last year version also, at least to install for 2 min and convert the posts...

ideally, an SQL update query should do the work, but you have to know what table and values you need to change,
you can do it using bulk options in Wordpress as well,

Yes, this option is for sure in the PRO version of WP Schema Pro.

I use schema pro by Deleted member 752298, and the plugin does not have that option or regenerate all old posts to new schema. It has 1 option but it does not do the trick.
Any more ideas? Thanks guys

Why use rambler if there are other sites, etc.
