More and more when working on projects for clients I notice that quite a lot of them dont have full admin access on their WordPress website, and that only whatever company made it have access to change plugins, edit themes etc.
I fins this absolutely disgusting. If the client has paid for a website, it is THEIR website to edit/change however they like. I understand some companies restrict client access because of several reasons, such as the client screwing something up with too much access as well as the fact that they can bill more hours if the client has to go trough the company to make changes.
What do you think? Should a client have full ownership or not?
