Day 1:
Summary: I blessed to get someone today from BHW looking for an urgent writer to hire me (paid much better than Fiverr), I got a $10 ($8) tip on Fiverr today, and another fiverr seller bought my writing gig! It was an excellent day so far. Glad I registered on this site!
Profits for the day: $28

I wouldn't call this thread a journey so to say, where this thread goes really isn't my end. This thread is rather more of a documentation, perhaps even an inspirational thread for some people who have a hard time making a living online.
About Me:
If you haven't seen my introduction thread then I'd like to introduce myself quickly as GentlemanX. I am native Canadian citizen, I attend University in Canada (I'd like to think of myself as educated), and I am currently on summer holidays. I have never been one to like the normal 9-5 job or working for anyone, in fact if I was to work any "real" job for the rest of my life it would only be as a doctor. I am human so during University time I have needed money and I have turned to content writing to make profit.
Freelance Writing:
Over the last two years I have worked with many clients through Fiverr. My gig is unique in my eyes because I write over 400+ words and will do so with no spinning at all. The results have been great, never a negative comment on my actual writing ability and I have been showered with tips by loyal customers. Writing is very fun for me as well, most of the time the people I work with are great and I believe my great use of manners and patience with people makes them feel welcome to come back (big business tip here for some people - if you want customers to return be as polite as possible!)
Problems:
Even with loyal customer base I have gotten, there are still some sellers who outsell me easily. I strongly believe that none of these sellers are better than my quality (I write native University English here and my content is original never spun). At the same time I am getting tired of being compensated less than 5.00 per article.
Solution:
I am not really sure what the solution is currently. One idea that I have is to save money from my current Fiverr gig and then start my own writing company where I would hire English graduate students from North America to write content which would be sold to big companies for large sums. My other option is to create my own sites on niches I am interested in and write for them, one thing I am good at is Organic Chemistry and I know many students struggle with it, perhaps a site where I did free teaching videos and written instructions (class notes) on how to succeed using ads to drive profits.
What now:
I will try to update this thread daily with my progress and list how much sales I have made on my current Fiverr gig. Hopefully in the next month I can have something more concrete ready to make larger sums of cash.
Thank you for your time and reading this. My goal is to inspire others to take control of there own lives and just go out there and do something, you don't need a real end goal just an idea of something you want!
Regards,
GentManX
