Hey,

What do you tink about content in SEO? Is content is a king? I think No.

Good content with good backlinks = Good rankings

Good content with no backlinks = Bad rankings

Trash conent with good baclinks = Still good rankings. :)

Well trash content can be harder to rank but you have another issue even if that is not the case. You are missing the point of ranking your site. Ranking is not a goal it is a path to your real goal of making money.

How are you going to monetize your site with trash content? How many people are going to land on your site with trash content and actually do something that is going to make you any money?

Basically your conversions will suck and even if you rank #1 your site is going to make a lot less money than if you have good content on it.

Use trash content on your tiers and put good content on your money site and the end result will be much better.

Is content is a king? My answer is YES. Because when a unique content has with good backlinks that will be easily tackling competitor site. If you need good and unique contents? it's cheap from our BHW marketplace.

I do see a lot of crappy content listed on the search engine, without doubt. For instance, if you look at coupon sites - how many of the coupons published on these sites do actually work? Alot of the coupons are expired, not working, or an older coupon, in which the site simply do not maintain. Even RTM publishes crappy coupon, but why do they get to rank 1st when being searched for any type of coupons? Why are they given such authority? In fact, do you know that they purchased links from Payperpost during their initial inception days?

Good content with Good backlinks is the right choice to get your site in perfect way.
If the content is crappy or low quality it doesn't index and you didn't get any changes in the rankings.
So Quality content and Quality backlinks is the best choice

Hope you never tested it soo...yep i agree you can reach some good SERP but its a short term process which drains out ranking in a short period,in that case you looking for a long term stable ranking keep building links with good quality and with high quality unique content and as you know quantity does not matters quality matters a lot while coming to content...finally CONTENT is the king.....

Trash conent with good baclinks = Still good rankings. :)

Yes, Google's crown is always for the content. As per your equation, my choice is good content with good backlinks, because if you publish the trash content in your site, there is no use of getting backlinks to that site. Google will slap the site well.
So, get away from nonsense contents and get quality content and backlinks to get best rankings as you have mentioned.Good luck to you.;)

Quality content itself good to show your post on google and then quality backlinks will rank your post

Quality content AND quality backlinks.

First thing you should work at is on-page optimization, then think about content creation and after that make up link building strategy which suits the best for your niche and other requirements. If content is poor chances of good ranking are too low.

Good content will give much impression than with the help of quality backlinks will get succeed

thats nonense too.

He's missing the point... If content is not king, then how in the world google rewards those who have even good content among the #1, and the put it in the feature/snackpack/anything-on-the-top of a search result.

In my own experience, my first site has like 100+ content, two weeks after it's generating traffic that are organic from search results, two months after I was generating income.

No matter what, content quality comes up more and more in the SEO context. Focusing on content quality is the winning SEO tactic and low value content is one of the major causes of manual and algorithmic Google penalties, such as Google Panda, for example.

They go hand in hand. Both content creation and backlink building are important.

There are a few other factors to consider during SEO.

I used to believe in all the BS many affiliate companies told me quality content is king, yet you see so many sites with crap content ranking. I have a couple of good sites with incredible content done by quality writers experienced in the field/niche. I did some casual link building thinking over time it would grow on its own, not the case. Unfortunately no matter how good the content is you have to get people there, which is why you need links. My son just started Internet marketing a year ago, he is a bodybuilding fanatic competes and is going for his pro card next year, he knows the sport inside and out has some great content (he writes himself) and also said he was going to try and rank with solid content, he has now discovered that no matter how good your content is, its not enough to drive Google to top rankings so you need both quality content and links to make decent money.
