Content Revenue sharing and Writing.

Hi all BHW Guru's.

I just have a couple of questions regarding revenue sharing or similar, so basically I need advice .

Ok I have a site that is in the niche of " How To " articles.

I wrote about 100 articles all unique for the site on my own, but as you all know that is a very heavy workload
specially if you still have another day job, this can become very boring and definitely make you loose interest.

The site is still making around $2 - $4 a day with the 100 articles on it and they was written about a year ago.

Now I was thinking about buying articles, but at the slow rate the money is coming in, buying articles at this stage is not
a very huge option also I have to give the writers a Title to write about and for me to sit and think about titles and then
specifying what to write has had me up for weeks to think and then I still don't know what to give, or im not sure if the
writer will be able to write about given subject.

So now Im on to the questions .

How can I find writers that Have already written Unique How to articles or are willing to write How to Articles in the field that
they already know and then I share Adsense Revenue with them ?

Is something like this possible with Wordpress ?

How do I find these people like the one's writing for lets say Ehow or so.

I don't really mind what the How to articles is about, it must just be clean and unique.

I also don't mind splitting the revenue with the article writer as it is their articles.

Does anyone have any advice to share ?
