i like to share a info, that most of the expert's already know .

Tip:
---

* Create good amount of blogs on high Page rank blogs , that where available on pages of weebly, live journal, blogger, squidoo.

* Post unique content with keyword repeated many times.

* Do article directory submission of the created blog link periodically

and

* Update the content regularly.

see the ranking changes for your keyword from far end to closer.

what do u guys think about translated contents? English-French, for instant. would they be the same if i get english contents translated to a new French site page?

No , the meaning wont change, but the format is drastic to read.

automatic translation is not apt as human do. so it's not sounds good.
