Content Creation for Coupons Website [Question]

I'm working on a coupons website and I have a situation:
I have very similar keywords with volume, something like this:
Amazon coupon
Amazon coupon code
Amazon promo code
my question is, Should I build a page for each of these keywords?!
or should I create one page and create a section for each of these keywords?
