Contact Form 7 problem

Hi,

I installed Contact Form 7 plugin for clients to sign up to a newsletter, but I keep getting an error: "There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later."

Any idea what I should do to make it work properly?

Pretty hard to say as you give no info. Share your settings/form.

I think that is an error with orange box. So its kinda content you put would be spam. Try to put real information in contact form and try again.

It may be host problem, you can ask for the support from your hosting provider.
