Confusion about Adwords Coupon

Hei.

I've never used Google ads or campaigns. But I was interested and there are few questions bothering me;

1. What is meant by Threshold, like why do people want to increase the account threshold to $300+, etc? Does it mean the maximum limit of account for people who really want to spend that much amount of money or smth else?

2. Most of the people may already know how to get Adwords coupon, how do you use it actually? Like we have to spend our own X amount of money first, then that X amount of coupon will be used? If so, why do some people even use temporary VCC, then this all procedure should be legit.

3. How to secure your account, I mean if you're spending your money to use a coupon, etc, then if it gets banned due to blacklist or false info then it's all in vain.

4. What about people outside the USA? Should someone buy US VCC or any other alternative way that can be used?

using coupons 100% leads to a decrease in the level of trust in your account. If you are running a white campaign, then you can still use it, for gray and black campaigns this is a crash.
