Confusing data from anallytics, decrease on traffic but increase on impression and clicks

OK good day to all, I'm new to website and this data is confusing me.

may 9 to june 9 and june 9 - july 9. according to stats I'm doing good in months of may 9 - june 9.
But stats is saying different in terms of imp and clicks

Traffic drop from my blogspot stats and analytic acquisition says - all traffic session drop from google / organic by -71.53% % new session by -7.64% drop new session by -73.70% drop but increase on page session 6.43% average session duration 42.81%, According to webmaster tools I got increase on impressions by 28% and clicks increase by 42.81%

Here's the things that confuse me, when I look to analytics seo "queries" I see that I'm doing good at this month of June 9 - July 9 since I got a green / positive increase of 25.23% impressions and 4.71% increase on clicks.

Landing pages "Increase"
impression 32.46% clicks 10.40%
Decrease
average position -12.39%
Ctr -16.65%

Is this a good sign? why my traffic decrease while my imp and clicks increase?

Can someone with a good heart help me explain this or give me an advice or thoughts? webmaster and analytic seems conflict.

By the way analytic property id is correct.

Instead of complicating things, I would just track my main keywords for rankings and assess my visitors accordingly against ROI.

Sorry for late reply, I just updates some post and I monitor my analytic.

Any other thoughts?
