BL 64K .US extension
Should I Sell it ? If yes then what are the best places to sell it ?
Second Should I start a website on it ?
If your suggestion is yes then Should I Make it Geo Targetable or Not ?

Depends. Easy money = sell it. Potentially a income generating site = lots of hard work but more money over a long time.

Depends very much on the BL quality and other parameters. Build a site on it, see if you can monetize it if so you are fine and you can sell it or keep it.

Depends what the domain suggests. If you can find a niche for it that fits... i'd actually use it. You can always sell it later

If you have money and time to spend on it then don't sell it otherwise sell it.

If you are planing to add a free or nulled theme and add a cheap articles on it, better sell it.

clone the site from Archive and then try to flip it on Flippa for fast cash.
64K backlinks looks a bit fishy but again I can be wrong.

Did you look through those 64k links to make sure there's no spam there? If it were me I'd probably sell it or go with the build it out and try a quick flip on Flippa. I don't like .us domains as a whole.
