Hi there

I had recently started a WooDropship 7-day free trial and it has expired now. While on the lookout for automating my WooCommerce store, I stumbled upon this one and found it to be quite simple till now.

But I am confused because I have heard really good things about AliDropship as well. So, any suggestions would be really appreciated.

Please share your experience with WooDropship and AliDropship to help me decide better.

Thank you!

You will need a VPS for alidropship setup.

So either go with Shopify oberlo or Woo with esuzy.

Read a bit about it here

Hi Billy. I am an Aliwoo user here.

FYI you don't need a VPS at all to use the plugin. I am on SSD shared hosting and it works really well. Just choose a good hosting company with ioncube loader support to install the plugin.

Support for Woocommerce version of the plugin (Aliwoo) is a bit slow on their forum but the plugin works really well if you handle correctly woocommerce configuration.

I must admit that the learning curve is stiff at the beginning compared to Alidropship non woo version.

But overall it's a great plugin with many great addons like Facebook Store support, i can confirm here it works well (i have no ties with them at all).

Plus it's a one time fee no subscription.

Esuzy looks really nice but there is less info, forums community and video to show the differences. Still interested.

Basically to answer the initial Bella question, you have two options here:

- Alidropship (non Woocommerce version): really easier to set up, you have 3 themes bundle included with the plugin. The development of new features comes faster than woocommerce version. Plus you have email and abandoned cart functionality already included at no cost.

Advantage: is it's really faster to setup, no hassles compared to Woo version, no headaches. It's a good starter for inexperienced woo users.

Downside: i have studied a lot the competition using Alidropship very identifiable themes, they literally all look the same and you can't really customize them, marketing wise that's a no go for me personally (if you want brand your store). That doesn't mean that you can't make sales or profits, just that it looks more generic, less original looking and inspiring store.

- Aliwoo:

Huge advantage: You can pick any commercial theme compatible with Woocommerce (I use Flatsome with great success) and customize it to your liking and choose a ton of great more advanced plugins.

You can also combine it with Printful ! I tried it works lol

Downside: you will REALLY spend more time customizing it + additional cost of 3rd party woocommerce compatible plugin (a couple hundred buck easily). I had many many headaches before figuring out how to handle the beast lol. Like almost nervous breakdown. So be prepared.
Also less reactive technical support (because the developers estimate for right reasons that it's woocommerce related... belongs to woocommerce support/external plugin support). But if you're patient enough it's a rewarding process.

The automatic order fullfillement is incredible also on both plugins version, really fast, less manual work.

I guess that sums up pretty well.

Want to sell fast trendy products of the day, close store, open another... Alidropship

Have a plan like used to say Billy, like a defined niche you want to market on the mid term few month/years ? Aliwoo hands down. But like i said be prepared for headaches. lol

Cheers!

Hey Azrock,
what do you mean by 3rd party woo compatible plugin? I use Aliwoo and it works let's say "fine" ... there are some bugs which sometimes appear, but besides that all is fine.

Hi White Rabbit lol

What i mean by 3rd party plugins is additional funcitionalities not included in Aliwoo (Alidropship Woocommerce version) like:

Abandoned Cart Emails (Tyches Software Or with Mailchimp)
Currency Switcher
Delivery Date, very important to inform your customer about the long shipping delays before purchase (you can also do it manually saying "max 30 days.. but psychologically it's better to display something more precise (see amazon non FBA seller delivery date) depending on date of purchase, so you have instead "delivery by date 1---date 2)
Facebook Caffein Pixel Plugin
Email Collector Popup like Monarch,
Dynamic Pricing
Giftcards
And so on.... All the little stuff that make your store more professional. The goal is to create an illusion that works ;-)

Obviously, you don"t need any paid version of these plugins when you begin, most of them have free lite versions, once the money comes in buy the ones you like.

cheers.

Thanks for detailed replay Azrock!
Oh ok. I tought there is maybe some special plugin that helps Aliwoo to bug less :D :D
That is nice list, I use mostly free plugins because I am new and short in budget.
Beeketing is nice and have free options like social proof and countdown bar and timer and couple more. Very clean design.
And I use Abandoned Cart Lite, which is free, but template is ugly as hell :D
And there is Facebook for Woo - also free, with this you can install pixel + products are automatically imported to your FB shop.

So, if you need suggestion for free but working plugin PM me :D :D lol

sorry guys,
I read your comments and I am wondering.. what do you mean by Aliwoo??

is it woodropship? or another plugin?
