Hi
I'm using hosting in GoDaddy Starter Linux Hosting(30GB storage) with cPanel now. I need to renew it next month. I have a WordPress blog which is a health and beauty niche.

My blog loading speed is low. I'm using CDN, autooptimize, and smush for the images. But no use. Still my blog mobile Speed 20 only.

If I upgrade plan from starter to economic (100GB storage), Is it helps to increase my blog speed?

Please suggest.

I knew the answer after reading that.
If you are serious about your website and you don't wanna have any issues because of the hosting, move to a 1st class hosting, such as WPX.

How much traffic do you have?
Do you make any money from the site? If you don't and the traffic is low, keep your expenses low. Don't bother with expensive hosting.
Find something you can buy with a few bucks per year and keep it, until you see you need something better.

There is no traffic at this time. But I'll start seo for my blog in next month. I'm using Google adsense to earn money. Currently Ads are running. That's why I worried about loading time.

Move to a better hosting. Investing into hosting is always a good choice. you want your site to load fast. always

WPX is probably too expensive for OP.

I suggest SiteGround personally. Fastest host I've used in a while for my English websites. I highly recommend them :)

I suggest you go for SiteGround as WPX is too much expensive.

i would suggest blog speed loading in best for siteground hosting

Better move to namecheap if you can not afford WPX.

If you are tech savvy, move to digital ocean or vultr.

This is most likely your problem. You're on a shared hosting plan at GoDaddy who is renown for overselling resources. So...
What does this mean and how does this affect you?

It means you're on a server with (many) other customers sharing the server's resources. Things like CPU and RAM. Simply put, if you're on a shared server with 1,000 other customers and a handful of those customer are hogging those resources then that will affect your website's performance.

Don't ignore your website too. If you're using a lot of plugins or your theme isn't up to date (coding standards) then that could be causing performance issues as well. I've seen a lot of customers/clients over the years on a perfectly fine hosting plan, but have 50+ activated plugins bogging down their website.

You should definitely upgrade. Low speed is an extremely frustrating factor that tends to drive people away from your site. The question is a no-brainer. People’s attention span is low and their patience is even lower, which is a trend that will probably persist. A faster-loading site means a greater chance that they will read your content, enjoy it, and come back for more.
