I'm thinking to make a YouTube wild animals compilation channels.

I saw this guy, https://youtube.com/@swagwildlifemoments?si=VG8CtqpNL5XWiqhL making thousands dollars every month from stolen videos and i was wondering how he gets in YouTube partners program.

Worth to spend hours editing, uploading and using ai voice over to my videos to start a YouTube channel like this or YouTube will reject me?

Sounds like a great plan. You're knowledgeable and passionate for your topic ?. Now, just figure out how to be entertaining. Some go serious, some go silly, but all have to hook and keep attention. In a quick search, I saw quite a few similar channels. The biggest one is Stefano Ianiro, and his best performing videos use great storytelling.

But how? This isn't our content. He just edit and use narration over the videos. Is this acceptable from YouTube?

Yes, i really like this topic and i know a lot about wildlife. I just check Stefano's channel and he use his own content, not like the guy i sent.

He can do it because he is one of the first to do it on Youtube, which make him unique, and Youtube like unique channel. If there are so many people copying him already, you are likely to be rejected.

you can do it, that's the exploit with faceless cashcow automation channels, who mostly just steal others content and slap a voiceover on top.
it qualifies under fair use, as YT allows it.
