Competitor's Domain Name

After doing research recently I seen that a local competitors domain name was no longer registered. So I registered it to at least keep him from reregistering it again at a later point if he so decided to.

My question is what's the best thing to do with this domain?
It doesn't have a lot of links or have strong metrics but does have a few links from Yelp/G+ profile pages. Company doesn't have any reviews neg or pos. Would it be unethical to 301 the domain to one of my business' profile pages? Or just keep it dormant so it can't be reused?

So I'll just be keeping it dormant and unused. Like I mentioned it isn't a strong domain anyway.

Guy is basically a hack doing "sidework" and not a licensed contractor. For this reason I also wouldn't want my reputation tied to someone like this as not "if" but "when" he starts getting a negative reputation.

Forgot to mention this is NOT a company name domain. It's a "tradekeyword+city" Ex. plumberorlando . com, HVACrepairmiami . com, etc
I would know better if it was a companies actual name. haha

I'd probably just hold onto it. The feeling of him not getting any leads via online would be enough satisfaction for me, rather than 301'ing the domain.

Will he eventually "notice" it missing and can he tie the domain ownership back to you/one of your sites?

All is fair if he lets it lapse, but if he is vengeful then who knows...

I 301'd it to a PBN site of mine, just for the keyword boost. There's only 1 link to my site from this site and keyword link that blends in well within the content (color of text link)(hard to notice there's any link at all on the page). Most of my competition isn't very computer literate.
