Competitor keeps submitting legal complaints

I run a website which was hosted with namecheap. My competitor started submitting legal complaints to them once I outranked them.

Is there a way to prevent this? I want to relaunch the service completely bulletproof and isolated from being able to be taken down. What’s the safest way to do this?

I see there are many bulletproof hosts. What about the domain name? Are the registrars who will ignore legal complaints.

To clarify it’s not porn, spam or other weird stuff.
