Good luck finding one of those. If a t-shirt company was OK with that then the trademark holder could come and sue them. I don't know of any t-shirt company willing to put their own necks on the line so a few affiliates can make a few bucks.

You can find many such T-Shirt suppliers on AliBaba and AliExpress. I am sure they won't have any problem with Trademark. I myself import products from AliExpress and there has been no trouble for me.
