Some blog display link on comment as plain text, do google see such plain text as a link?

You need to look at the source code of these webpages (right mouse button, source view). Search for "<a href" and your url if the link is set.

Yes, Google can index blog comments, especially if the blog is authoritative and the comments section is crawlable. To find your comment's URL, you can try searching for specific text from your comment in Google, enclosed in quotes for an exact match. Or, if the blog assigns unique IDs to comments (check the page's HTML source), you might find your comment's URL that way.

There is no link in the comment if it appears as text then it does not count as a backlink to your website.
