I recommend making it a video training course. Get a trial account for Safari Books Online and format it like those. Then you can combine it with a facebook group for peer support and sell the course.

The cool part about that format is you can skip to the parts you need or skip the stuff you already know. Bite sized amounts of information... You can stop and resume easily where you left off... Can do it in a weekend... Or a little bit at a time while you ride the bus.
