Coming back to life

I had an account that had around 16k active followers, and for personal reasons I had to stop posting for a full year. I came back and, obviously, my engagement is awful. I have around 15.8k followers left and I am getting 100 likes and 10 comments at most on my new posts.

I am aware that I have done this to myself. Now I am trying to figure out a way to start over, recover my engagement, and grow new followers again. I am working on improving my content so I may grow better. I am also trying to optimize my hashtags with Jarvee's hashtag tool (right now I am only getting ~2% reach from hashtags so I am worried I have been flagged).


My questions for BHW:
How do i recover my engagement?
How can i reach new followers in the women's fashion niche?
Is there any way to get more reach from hashtags?
Have I been flagged and can no longer benefit from hashtags at all?

2) How can i reach new followers in the women's fashion niche?

Ans: Contact pages that are in fashion niche with women followers ( make sure to check the insights ) then you can do s4s with them or buy promo from them

3) Is there any way to get more reach from hashtags?

Ans: Don't use very high comp. hashtags, use medium hashtags

4) Have I been flagged and can no longer benefit from hashtags at all?

Ans: I don't think that you are flagged , just post consistently ( good quality content ) .

Find Out what's currently in trend in your niche.
Start Posting Daily, Hope You Get Your engagement Back

No big deal, doubt you are flagged people might have just forgotten about your page if you've been gone for a year.

Just Go back to post good content every day and spend some bucks on paid ads or shoutouts.

You're page should get back on traction, keep in mind IG is not what it used to be tho.
