Cold mail open rate

I'm selling subscription for stores and in cold mail outreach I always getting 10-27% open rate, 5-15% click rate and no conversions at all. I have no clue what is wrong the list, subject line or text in message. I sent above 1k messages using multiple schemes (in all special bonuses, free trials and comprehensive features descriptions etc. were included). How to improve?

It is what it is. You are emailing people, that in many countries its now illegal to email people now without them agreeing to be on your list and consenting to it. You're lucky to be generating anything, milk it while it lasts is all you can do. Nothing will improve, it will only reduce, as people keep becoming more educated to avoid cold emails and be more aware of spam.

I would change strategy, and build a landing page, that I then can promote on social media. Get them to sign up, and THEN sell them products and services. There are many reasonably cheap methods of landing page setup. And then you got a list that will ALWAYS outperform what you are doing now!

Is your List Fully Fresh and verified?
What's the Bounce Rate?

If above both things are Good, then Focus More on Subject line and Content

Add Personalization, Rather then Generic Emails

where can I get valid and verified addresses? I used yellow pages.

I will tell you my Method

I use Multiple Scrapers then we Import that list for Email verification on Different Tools

And we use only Verified List or else the Bounce Rate will Increase

Cold Email Marketing is a Gradual process , you have to take care of Scraper, List , Subject Line, Content , sender email health , etc

You can attack the communication sections of businesses using AI-based scripts. This way, they take it more seriously.
