Hi!
I would like to ask about the best option to reach out business owners for service proposal.
I got the tool to scrape the web and get both phone numbers and emails.
When I put emails to be cleaned it mentions all the addresses being "dirty", means not good to use for cold emailing.
tho as you all know the process of cold emailing is way easier with low cost than cold calling.
should I try those email addresses anyway or try to go for cold calling their phone numbers?
Thanks!

There is a process for cleaning numbers to yield better results. Cold calling has a significantly lower reach and requires more time compared to cold emailing so, it is advisable to opt for cold emailing.

Good luck :)

May I know the tool you used for Email cleaning. Some can be reliable than others in terms of accuracy.

Cold emailing is much faster and scalable. While you can scale cold calling as well, it requires more budget.
I use listclean.xyz but I guess there are better tools to clean up email lists.
for B2B, I don't know how accurate the emails on websites are, especially that they're so exposed to spams

Cold mailing much more effective than cold calling.

Why not try both, and choose the one that work well for your use-case

I think there are pros and cons to both. Personally, I do open cold-emails depending on where the emails come from. Many times anymore, I won't answer the phone, though. However, my sales-driven mind set wants to say cold calling is better (even though I know it may not be). I think it really depends on your target audience. (i.e older generation may answer the phone vs younger)

I thought of targeting hotel for example, they use their phones to get back to potential customer anyway. tho I would need to be redirected to a decision maker in most cases

Both work like a charm if they are combined.
You mean using calls to close email prospects or outreaching in both?
I'm currently utilizing it for our outreach agency. We usually do cold calls to open emails without any replies or after x amount of follow ups, etc. They are somewhat familiar with us after our email and the call works better.

I thought of it tbh, but i wasn't sure about its efficiency, thanks for the tip!!

Generally speaking there is no harm in doing both. With cold calling, you get the opportunity to speak directly to a potential client. While cold emailing allows you to reach a wider audience and is relatively at a very low cost so you don't have to worry about spending too much to do so.

thanks for the share! you're right

Cold emailing is often preferred over cold calling due to its non-intrusive nature, allowing recipients to respond at their convenience. It offers the opportunity to craft well-thought-out messages and target specific audiences effectively. However, both methods can be valuable depending on the target audience and the nature of the product or service being offered.

I actually that any serious marketing technique needs to be intrusive. People have short attention span these days.
