I was about to ask similar questions as OP - so cold email marketing doesnt work now? You will get banned for sending emails to scraped email addresses that have not opted in?
I have found a good source of targeted emails and would like to try to monetize it....

I'm also interested in trying to make this work. I'm running numerous opt-in funnels for new data but I'm sitting on aged spreadsheets with tons of old contacts. Would love to re-engage them

Blessings to all. Greenhorn newbie here. Believe it or not I have had a pretty good results with cold email marketing over the past year and a half to the current date. I usually use phplist paired with my server. I've been averaging a pretty good open rate and click through. I would love to share my bit of knowledge with anyone who wants to know. One tip; its all in the subject line and body to not be bounced as spam.

Just don't mate. Not worth the time and risk. You will be fined a huge money and will get sent into prison.
