Coder/Web developer for Landing Page Is needed [HF]

It consists of following :
users entering the their details, and saved in database
Link auto generated .e.g name of the user is added to the link of landing page (already design by us)
Social Sharing option available.
Link auto copied
Auto email sent to user.


This has been done by wordpress and I can do this by wordpress myself but i want it to be neat and professional. So thats why i'm looking for someone who can design and code this professionally. I will give you an example so you can get better Idea of what i'm after.

This will be long term as we constantly will be adding to it.
