I switched the cloudflare redirect which I guess goes to a web optimized subdomain, it made me rank 95 on the google webpage insight. Will this affect my SEO ranking in anyway?

Directly because of your pagespeed score, no probably not. Pagespeed score is somewhat of a farce from what I can tell. Dont bother chasing that score. Do use it and gtmetrix to check things that might be loading slowly. Faster site = better odds of lower bounce rate which is used as a ranking factor.
