Cloudflare DMCA question

So I have a dmca russian ignoring hosting but it is ran through cloudflare nameservers first. Can cloudflare react to a game developer's dmca for using their logos n shit?

From what I've read on google cloudflare forwards the emails to hosting provider

Yes it does,

I worked as security analyst and I know the process well , they will send the DMCA first to cloudflare and then CloudFlare will forward it to your Hosting. but if It-s a good russian offshore hosting they will wipe their add with the DMCA report, in the end, it-s all about your relationship with the hosting, if you need to know any other procedure let me know because It-s my field and I can give u some nice tips to avoid banning, in exchange, you can provide me with some info about the game.

Think about it again. The most they can do is make your host offline. Why would the hosting provider listen to cloudflare? You just said they ignore dmca (or do they, really?). Sometimes, the answer lies within the question itself lol.

Thanks for your reply. So it is a good hosting company from russia, I bought VPS there, fast loading speed and they are known for ignoring dmca. My worries are not about the hosting, I kinda trust it BUT about cloudflare shutting down the nameservers

cloudflare acts on dmca itself if host dont respond, what is the problem if you use your own nameservers if you are offshore?

Cloudflare has some good features and I put a lot of my domains there. Analytics, force http, caching everything in one place

cant agree more, but you can achieve the same with some general tweaks by yourself too
 
I understand,
Cloudlflare can also shutdown the nameservers but it wills just do that if the client which is ( the DMCA claimer ) made a legal serious move against Cloudflare fwich is not a popular case because this prodecure take time and mooney from the company to pay lawyers and stuff so they dont usually do it.

The NS used by you from CF are used by others too, so no worries about that, CF is not a hosting company, they transfer all the DMCA's to the hosting provider, if your hosting is a reliable offshore than you are safe.
 
If you are a regular CF user then .. CF will spit any information they have with the first complain they receive (including fake one).
( They do have awesome support for their premium customers ;) )
