What do you mean by "web hosting data"? Will you be hosting actually websites in the cloud? Or just looking for a place to store backups of your web hosting accounts? If you'll be hosting actual websites you can try Amazon as baoxiao mentioned above, or DigitalOcean and Vultr. Both have locations all over the world starting at about $5.

Ive had good luck with Amazon S3. Their interface is rubbish though.
