Perhaps have a page that has a review with links to that clickbank product. Then promote that page, not the cb link directly. If the article is not spammy, it might do the trick.
 
do you really need a cloaker for CB? why dont u jsut use a LP?

Google doesn't really like cloaked links but you could try cloaking the link with a cloaker.
