Bro, sometimes Pixel will be limited to linked accounts, CAPI seems to save text better

No need to use Pixel, just CAPI and filter events from clean traffic is the safest and most effective way of cloaking.

fb pixel not mandatory if u run capi right but pixel still helps train algo faster. for cloaking best is fire pixel only on safe page or delay it till after click validation. proxy setup works too but adds weight. whatever u do don’t fire it on money page direct or u toast ur bm fastt.
'Block transitions from IPv6'. That's gonna block A LOT of traffic as many people are now using IPv6 (unknowingly).
If your FB ads are not 'Desktop' only, then choosing only Desktop in the cloaker is filtering out all mobile traffic(which would be 80-90%).

Right now, I’m running Desktop only, mainly because I afraid mobile traffic tends to trigger bans faster, especially since it runs through Facebook’s in-app browser.
Regarding the IPv6 block, I could remove that – though to be honest, it’s only filtering a small part of my total traffic.
But I’m starting to wonder if this spike in bad traffic might be linked to something deeper – like my Ad Account (AM) or Business Manager (BM) being flagged by Facebook. If that's the case, maybe that's why I’m getting hit with so much bot or low-quality traffic from FB.
