i know, i've done it since like 2007 and friends of mine did it even longer, but yea its good for people new to blackhat SEO to understand it as there are often misleading answers when they ask about cloaking.
 
Hi, do you also offer a cloaking software for google ads specifically? I saw a SEO cloaking solution on your website, but not sure if it will cover google ads as well. Please send me a pm here.

Some Google moderators using Chromebook. (Specially in India)

I suggest to block all Chromebook devices.

in which regards do you mean up to date?

the cloaking process is the same, you just need to work with a cloaker that's up to date and continues to work

I'm kind of dumb and I'm self-taught. When I figure out what exactly it is that I don't understand.... I'll ask my questions. But right now, I'm just too lost.

a header is the top information sent within a packet of data within a web request. (at least in this case, there are different type of headers.. like in html). when you load a website for example, the data is sent and received in multiple packets over the network, each containing different info.
