Cloaking Explained for Beginners

How do you cloak your links?

For example, your landing domain is www.followme.com .

What i understood for now, is: you make your web cloaker to redirect users to ur landing (www.followme.com) and block crawlers with another legit website (addmeslow.gov or similar in ur niche).

Then you upload your custom .php file to your landing (www.followme.com), and get in result (www.followme.com/cloaker.php).

My question is: What are you doing with link like that (www.followme.com/cloaker.php )? Shorten it out with goo.gl?

And if i want to post cloaked link to lots of IG accs?

Should i create new cloaker file for each IG acc?

Like IG acc 1 goes: (www.followme.com/cloaker.php -after link short: www goo. gl/lololol) IG acc 2 goes : (www.followme.com/cloaker2.php - after link short: www goo . gl/lololol2) and so on.

Or it's enought to reshorten first cloaker and post it to each IG acc.

Or, i'm completely wrong and i need to use new domains for each new cloaker?

For a cloaker concept you doing like stand on wrong site ,
Ig put a domain,then cloaker filtering by php, if ig bot come to your website redirect to Google or any website,
Else redirect to your business page ,if you are doing cpa without cloaked in landing page,
certain words related to cpa ,it could be get you flagged ,ig take landing words as second considering,
first considering for cpa is your account name,bio ,post comment words .

no no you got that kinda wrong ;)
the cloaker works behind the scenes and the entire website is being cloaked.
so basically on your followme.com you create a site that is optimized for bots and add a cloaking script.
then after its done search engines get to see a website that is made for search engines only and real visitors get sent to an affiliate offer for example (whatever subpage they visit).
 
I just thought about cloacking it with AJAX. Do you think bot can read it? Because it is not listed on page source.

But still i cant understand how to post same link to multiple IG accounts.

I know that it's possible with cloaker.

I'm already doing it like i said before - upload index1.php - shorten link with goo.gl, then upload index2.php and shorten it also.

That way 2 of my IG Accs have 2 random links in profile, that redirect crawlers to safe niche relevant websites, and i get users to my landing.

But from what i've read here abou cloaker, i understood that i'm doing it wrong lol.

P.S. i'm planing to get 10 more IG accs, that's why i'm asking about same link in profiles.

My idea is to cloak my LP and post different links to ea acc.

Just trying to figure out most efficent way to do it.
 
i never wanted to learn this because it might come back to bite you. but still more info the better. learned something new.

it works, but its not as reliable since if java is disabled ajax won't work. bots can read ajax, but it isn't the best option for cloaking as its executed in a later stage. when you cloak with say php or cgi, the cloaking code is executed before the HTML is loaded/rendered so the cloaker can be stealth and impossible for a bot to see. that way the cloaker can decide what version of a site to show the bot. however js cloaking is also working, so if you just want to send off users to an affiliate page, you can do that with js, but its easier to detect. there are many ways you can hie it from bots, but if you cloak using js you have to worry about the competition snooping around. makes it easier for them to see the cloaking code and rat you out.

Very interesting. How did you learn all this? And can you guide us what's the best way I can learn it. I am very much interested to try hands on experience however do not know where to start.

i'm programming since the 90s so over time i learned a lot and knowing the background of how networks and their layers work in detail helps to understand basic concepts and how to possibly game them i.e. how search engines work.
the best thing to understand SEO is to learn how the technical side of a search engine works on the server/database level. then you can make much more educated guesses on why things happen the way they do as compared to all these self proclaimed "seo gurus" who don't even know how the internet works, but talk like all their retarded theories are facts. reading up on seo tactics and trying things out yourself is always the best way to learn thenyou see if something really works. especially the things google says you shouldn't do, try them ;) trial and error is the best way to learn !

This 1000% percent. "How do you know how search engines work?" Well, learn how to build software and you'll have a good idea of like 90% of what's probably happening behind the scenes inside of a search engine.
