Cloaking AdWords and FB to get Android traffic

is there a way to cloak FB mobile ads and AdWords Universal app campaign?

I have created universal campaign for android-apps in AdWords, but I don't see url which should be cloaked.

Other way: create a campaign (type search) and to get approve for landing page. On landing use cloak for detection android devices and crawlers.

Tell me please what type of a campaign to me it is necessary to use in AdWords best of all for obtaining Android traffic?

In Yandex.Direct an user clicks the ads to redirect to the page of the app in Google Play Market. But my handmade cloak redirect the user to my landing page. I can make it for AdWords?

You're gonna need to get your site in the middle of the transaction somehow.

Fraudfilter. I use it without problems.
