Cloaking bing is really simple. But where will you get the ad account for?

Rule of the game, spend some money on safe ads first to make sure that your ad account works properly without cloaking.

Then only you cloak.

Facebook is one of the easiest network to cloak.

There should be no problem unless people report your ads for spam and deception.

Unfortunately, cloaking is will not save you from being reported.

It can only help you hide your money page from the reviewers and bots.
