I applied for a CPA account with Adsend a week ago and only
realized I had been accepted 2 days ago. Since then I have
put up some CPA email submits onto my site.

After seeing that the whole thing was working and deciding 50c per signup was too little I changed my cpa offers to the one which states;

Midway through the day I looked at my stats and realised there had been 55 click throughs but not even
one convert. So I got my friend to join the affiliate network personally and even after he clicked and submitted his information but I didn't get rewarded.

Has this happened to anybody else?

What are the chances of getting your money back after something
like this? I've emailed my Adsend Media manager but haven't received
a response yet.

Oh yea and one noob question, what exactly are incentives?

Edit:

Landing page for the site is http://www.elitemate.com/myJsp/memberjoin_rgsexlf.jsp oh fckk.. I think I just answered my own question.
"Referal code" ...why the hell would they have a referal link if you gotta manually put in the code. Oh well no one to blame on this one
but my self I guess. Keep an eye out for the referal codes!

Hey,
The referral code is unrelated to the tracking of credits.

I'm not entirely sure why the offer didn't credit when you and your buddy did it - if you entered legit info - but that does happen sometimes with any offer. I will tell you though that this offer does not convert all that well.

To answer your other questions, incentives is pretty much what you would think. It's offering an incentive to someone to complete the offer. For example, they sign up and you give them an ebook. It's any time you reward the user for signing up (like our gateway does).

Thanks Jeremy, I kept seeing the word incentives everywhere and wasn't sure what it meant and that's a bummer these offers don't convert. Here is the lame response I got off of the Adsend manager.

"Jessica Newton

The conversion statistic didn't show up because clicks didn't register - it looks like just a temporary glitch that should be fixed shortly. But as you see if still registered 42 leads."

That's disappointing. The end stats for the day were 54 leads..
At max if I was lucky that's $262 dollars. Minimum at least $50. Kind of lame
support from adsences behalf.

But that's just life. I guess I'll have to keep shopping around for a good CPA offer that works in Australia $50c isnt the best deal
