Clickbank with Press Releases

Hi guys, I need help. I followed a guide on Udemy using press releases with Clickbank. I've burnt a lot of money doing press releases with no sale, I get 50 to 100 hops in 2 days after distribution and the traffic dies down. I also guess the people I work with on Fiverr don't do a very good job. So my question is does this method still? cos I really don't want to lose more money doing press release with distribution without a sale.
If the method does work a few tips will be very helpful pls, and also if you can recommend anybody that can do an effective press release distribution with a low budget, I will be very glad. Looking forward to your responses..

I would be really surprised if you were getting true press releases promoting health products from clickbank. Some less reputable sellers will offer "press releases" that are little more than fancy looking PBNs they own.

That being said, I've had really good success ranking websites by using press releases as a strategy, so they definitely do work. I use press synergy.
