is clickbank allowed on blogspot blogs ?. if i use them would my blog get banned

I don't think you would get banned, I have seen many blogspot blogs advertising clickbank products.

I confirm it's safe to use blogspot because many of my affiliates for my product are promoting it inside blogspot and they always get paid, never had any problems.

Yeah clickbank is allowed on blogspot blogs. There is no rule against that.
