Claiming a Local Listing on Yahoo

I recently discovered that the Yahoo Local listing for my business is outdated. If I click on the link to claim and verify my listing, it takes me to Yext, which tries to sell me a service called "PowerListings" that'll allow me to manage my Yahoo listing in addition to many other listings through them.

Is there a way to claim and modify my Yahoo listing without signing up for this service? It looks like I'll have to spent at least $450 a year if I do it through them, which is a total fucking scam, especially if all I care about is the Yahoo listing and can take care of all the others manually.

But isn't having consistent and accurate local listings important for ranking better in general/everywhere? I don't expect to get any significant business from Yahoo anyway so I'm not too concerned with it being a spammy mess.

It's not worth $495, that's for sure.
You can get a bunch if citations built for cheap, just skip yahoo. I rank 1st page on google without yahoo listing.
