Check out these available domains with PR rank

So, I found 2 unregistered domains today with PR2 rank:

gimpdesign
musicbod

But, I can't find any links in Google and not much in Wayback Machine so does that mean the PR rank is fake? If I was to buy these, and put some content on them, would Google reset the PR back to 0? If I put links in them to other sites, would the PR juice flow to other sites?

I found some other pr4 domains (expired) but really want to know if the PR will reset or not. Anyone?
