There are some services that allow you to send unlimited mail to your subscriber list, but there isn't a problem with what if someone constantly changes their subscriber list to take advantage of sending unlimited mail, taking an example: let's say a service tells me that I can send unlimited email to my 10,000 subscribers for let's say 50 dollars a month because based on that, every week I change the list of subscribers to send email to them, can that be circumvented or else why?

That's a monthly limit so you can't change your subscriber list and upload another 10k
As soon as you reach your 10k that's your limit for that month

Yeah you absolutely circumvent using the method you described, I did it using instantly the cold email tool but it didnt have unlimited sending.

Brevo allows you to have unlimited contacts but limits the amount of emails you send.
 
Is there some way around that? I use Mailjet for cold emails and even if I pay for 15k emails they still block my mails sometimes
