Ah man, sorry to hear that mate, that's shit. I did notice he doesn't accept PayPal for new members - sounds like a planned scam. It's a shame when people turn into scammers. WTF is he thinking?

I remember yepfans did the same, their pannel was great and they stopped, and many reseller lost many money, and they always won paypal disputes.

I oppened 4 disputes (cause they didn't refunded customers after closing their website), and they won all by sending to paypal fake tracking ID.

Seems like it. His website now shows temporarily unavailable.
 
Sir, I have tried to get service and messages a lot to cheappanel but they never provide service and never return my Dollar. Please help me.

His panel is still online, I found it on google and see some suspicious thing : 0.99$ per 1000 sub, I contacted him on skype, he replied 1 week later
It seem he stopped to manage his smm panel but still taking payment and not delivering any service, hope he will lose his rank on google so he won't be able to scam anyone
 
Bulshit service, tickets and skype never answered. Money gone..
