Cheappanel.Com Admin is not adding my funds @CrypticFaith

I making this thread on behalf of my friend who is not a user of BHW but issue is 100% valid and I can provide proof to mod or admin if required.

I have been using cheappanel.com for sometime and I have referred one of my friend for youtube views.
Panel was having feature to add funds via bitcoin. Their payment processor was mycelium.

He sent the bitcoins to the address that was specified at payment processor page.
He added funds 2 times and both the time it took 1 hour but funds were not added automatically to his account.

1st payment: $13.54

Its been 2 days since he has sent the 1st payment.

He made a ticket about this issue and also mailed the owner at [email protected]

But he is not replying to his mail nor his ticket.
Panel owner is active on his panel because he recently added a notification on front page.

@CrypticFaith As you are the owner of cheappanel.com I request you to add balance to his account.

His ticket number is: 9018

Its a worst experience by any user. Since I have referred him to your panel its my responsibility to make sure he gets the money he had sent.

Once I get to know that he has received the funds in his panel account I will ask the MOD to remove this thread & I will change status of this thread to solved.

I even talked with him this two days maybe 4-5 times just asked him to send me blockchain link when previously he sent me mycelium link that was not accessible from my side.

I checked and confirmed that i received both two payments. Added total 25$ in account balance of user " badmintonlegends "

But before start using your balance consider that skipping it you can simply get this full balance refund to your Bitcoin account .
If you are still interested to use our panel be sure you checked and agree with our all terms of service agreement and refund policy .

You sent me message for transaction link and if you have checked your email I sent blockchain transaction link and mycelium link both 3 times to your email address 4 days ago.
It was never my fault and I didn't received any reply from your side. So, I have to ask Staff. Any my actions were totally correct because there was no reply.
If you still need proof of 4 days ago where I send you the both blockchain and mycelium transaction link then just let me know.

There are total 5 support tickets that I made just for this single issue since 24 august. But you never replied.

So it means you did checked all those tickets mails & skype messages.
It was your duty to check those transactions and reply to those tickets.

Hey,
I was using cheappanel for SMM services and on 21st i have transferred 75$ via Skrill on [email protected]

@CrypticFaith is the admin of the panel.

I was aware that admin might take 4-6 hours to add funds but it has been 5 days! I have already opened a ticket! I have tried to contact the admik via Skype still no answer. Admin has provided a mobile number as well on Skype and i tried calling still no answer!

I have also started conversation on BHW but still he is not giving any response.

Where is the transaction id ? And what is your ticket id ? What is skype id ?
