I've always been a fan of AWS due to their awesome service but its no way cheap. Hyonix by @feezioxiii is your best choice here.

You should check it out. If im correct, you should be able to get a year worth of free aws or 6months of google cloud computing.

which plan in hyonix is best for running 20 accounts on gmt2
i think small plan is good for now or should i choose medium?

Well I think @feezioxiii will be the best person to help you in this case. I use their 2GB VPS which works pretty well for my cause but I don't run windows bots.
