Cheap, reliable and solid web hosting for software downloads website ?

Hey there.
Just like I mentioned in my title, I need a cheap and awesome web hosting with following criteria:

• Free .net domain name (not necessary if the hosting is very cheap, I can purchase it later)
• About 20 GB of space
• FTP account, of course
• E-mail accounts, scripts, databases, stats, subdomains not necessary

That would be it. If you know some cheap & good web hosting with the info above, please share it with me and others here on BHW.

They offer $6 a month for a 1 year plan without domain name and that is expensive for me. I think there are many cheaper hostings that this one. Anyway, thanks for your help

I think eyhost.biz will fillup your demand. eyhost price is cheap and currently they have 50% discount on web hosting.
