In my experience, even the seemingly good PBN links that cost $10 per link are usually not that good. I once bought these cheap links about a year ago and they worked. I ranked on page 1 but received an unnatural links penalty 3 months later. I didn't care to get it removed because the niche wasn't even as profitable as I expected and thought it was best to move on instead.
F#ck all PBNs.
Good links at $10 per link?
Bro, do you know how much it costs to setup a proper PBN?
If you sell 100 spots on a PBN at $10 per link, you're still barely going to make any profit.
A good pbn domain is $200 to $800.
Hosting is about $40-$70 per year depending on where you host.
Real, unique, native level content is minimum $2/100, so if you want 2k words on your pbn then that's another $40.
A proper design/logo will set you back another $100 for something that looks real.
So you're looking at $200 + 40 + 40 + 100 = $380 minimum to $800 + 70 + 40 + 100 = $1010 in YEAR 1.
And you think $10 is going to get you a good pbn link? Yikes.
To break even, that's 40 links at $10 = $400. You're now at 40 OBL. What about year 2? You have another $40-$70 in hosting.
And we aren't even taking into account the content for YOUR link.
$10 for a link, where does the content come from? 500 words, native content = $2/100, so you get 500 words.
None of it is possible. You will not get quality for anywhere near that price. Spun content, massive OBL, crap domains, yes. Quality, no.
About 400 links
What?? You wouldn't point 400 of anything at your money site. That's far too many links.
It's not necessary at ALL.
A private network of 30 strong pbns will rank most sites in most niches to the extent they make their money back in 2-3 months, then profit from there.
The absolute most you would ever do is 60-70 pbns, and that's on an aged domain with 500+ RDs.
The more money you have to spend the more you increase quality, not quantity.
Have $3k and want to setup a private pbn for example, then get 10 $200-$250 domains.
Have $30k? Get 20-30 $1k-$2k domains and stick 5-10k words on each.
