Cheap but converting PPC for high end dating niche?

Hi guys, i want to test some ads, so want to buy PPC under $0.05.
But I need them to convert.

Audience I am looking for is this:
Gender: Women - single, divorced, or in bad relationship
Age: 30-50
Household income: $100,000+
Geo: US, UK, Canada, Australia

Also, if you can supply me with cheap opt-in leads for this demographic, lease PM me.

You want traffic under $0.05, and that too should convert for you.

For these top tier countries it is harder to get 0.05 CPC, and conversion depends on factors such as landing page and the offer itself.
