Chaturbate and btc payments problem

hey guys. I'm an affiliate for chaturbate and I've been trying to change the payment method. I had a btc address but I deleted it, so I could add a new one, but now it doesn't allow me to enter any btc address. With all of them says that the address is not valid.

I contacted support, and got 1 mediocre response, saying that it has to be legacy and not segway, which i was already trying. After that response and still having the issue, not a single email has been answered.

Is this a scam or something?

Their support is very slow.
Try to search something similar about Chaturbate and BTC on Google, maybe you will find the answer faster.

with all the money they make, they really could afford a live chat with a few support agents

i searched for similar issues and only found a forum with a few models talking about a related problem, but the girl solved it using a blockchain.com wallet, thing I tried and didn't work for me

No scam, but there support is extremly slow most of times..

Definitely not a scam. I have received many payments from them for years, including very recently. Hopefully it is resolved soon for you.

Maybe use a real payment processor like paxum and you will never have a problem in adult sites.

yeah not in the mood if letting paxum know almost my blood type to get an account, so i'll stick with unreal payment gateways like btc. thanks for the condescending answer tho

Just keep spamming their support and they will help you. I know they can be a pain in the ass lol

Hey, what type off BTC address are you using? Chaturbate only accepts legcay Bitcoin addresses for some reason. Most modern Bitcoin wallets nowadays only have segwit addresses (ones starting with bc) which don't work with Chaturbate. Personally I use exodus wallet since they still have an option to enable the old legacy addresses.
