Chaturbate Affiliate correct personal details?

Hi I want to join the Chaturbate affiliate program.

The problem is chaturbate wants my personal details, also there is a tax form but I don’t live in the USA. So I was wondering if I could just type in fake information or will I get in trouble sooner or later because of that? Will they pay me if I use btc as payout method?

If you live outside the US, that's not an issue. As a non-US affiliate you need to fill out the W-8BEN form instead of the W-9, which is for US residents.

I'm not a big crypto guy, but BTC payments are anonym, at least in the sense that the sender doesn't see your name. So a name mismatch wouldn't cause any trouble, because there's no data to mismatch. lol
I registered about 5 years ago on Chaturbate, so i don't exactly know how their verification process works now (if there's any), but if you pass that with whatever fake details, getting paid shouldn't cause any trouble via BTC.

Thank you! Just one question btw as I understand there are two possibilities to do Affiliate in my case I would choose Revshare. One is to promote the Chatroom of the girl that I pick and the other is I think whitelabel.

So what happens if someone register under my revshare link the girl I picked (her Chatroom) but she is offline and he spends $$$ on another girl, will I still get 20% or not?

Yes, you'll get 20% in that case too of course. Once someone registers under your affiliate link or white label, he/she belongs to you from that point and you'll get 20% of all of his/her spendings lifetime.

I always use real details for payments. I'm also out of USA, use w8ben form, it idemnifies u from taxation in the USA and you get taxed (if any) at your domicile country of residency/citizenship
